Order Shipping:
- Orders to Bulgaria are usually delivered within 2-3 working days after processing.
- Orders to the EU can take between 5-7 working days to deliver after processing is complete.

All products are shipped from Bulgaria. Shipping to the EU or UK is free above 180 BGN spent.

Orders being sent to countries outside of Bulgaria will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis, meaning orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which may add an additional cost to the price you have paid for your order.
